This carpet has been engineered for excellent texture retention & resistance to matting & crushing for a period of up to 10 years.

Stain Warranty

The fiber in this carpet has been treated to resist most common household food & beverage stains for a period of 7 years.  Please note that no carpet is completely stain proof.

Soil Warranty

This carpet will remain resistant to color changes due to the accumulation of dry soil for a period of 7 years.

Lifetime Anti-Static Warranty

This carpet retards the build-up of static electricity & reduces annoying surface shock.

Manufacturing Defects Warranty

This carpet is warranted to be free of all manufacturing defects for a period of 7 years.

Your carpet will meet or exceed the minimum standards set by bulletin UM-44D for use in projects by the FHA & HUD.
