Wear Warranty

This carpet is warranted not to wear more than 10% in 10 years from the date of purchase.  This warranty applies to normal residential usage.

Stain Warranty

This carpet has been treated to resist most common household food and beverage stains for a period of 7 years.  Please note that no carpet is completely stain proof.

Soil Warranty

This carpet will remain resistant to color changes due to the accumulation of dry soil for a period of 7 years.

Static Protection

This carpet meets retards the build up of static electricity and reduces annoying surface shock.

Optiback Warranties

This carpet is warranted to be free of buckles which requires carpet restretching and backing delamination for a period of 10 years when installed according CRI specifications.

Manufacturing Defects Warranty

This carpet is warranted to be free of all manufacturing defects for a period of 7 years.

FHA Certified

This carpet meets or exceeds U.S. Government standards specified in FHA Bulleting UM44-D.
